Thermal Detectives
Company Background
A newly formed business created by Andrew Orchard and based at West Chinnock near Crewkerne, Somerset. Thermal Detectives will provide a thermal imaging service, primarily for buildings, in both the commercial and residential sectors. The technology will be used to identify and assess air tightness/leakage, insulation efficiency and general energy loss in buildings.
Business Aims
The resulting data will be a powerful indicator of how a building is performing in terms of thermal efficiency and where improvements are required. Andrew will initially focus on the South West region where the customer base will comprise Construction Industry Professionals, Architects, Consultants and Specialist Trades. In addition, organisations holding housing and other building stocks.
