Company Background
ICF Tech has designed and developed the only Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) system specifically for the UK market. It offers extremely high levels of fabric and structural performance yet costs no more than timber frame or blockwork; and can be constructed all year round.
The system offers Green Guide A+ rating (post completion certificates) and performance to meet Passivhaus and CfSH level 6 requirements yet is capable of erecting 5 bed homes in less than two and a half weeks! With U values starting from 0.19 in a structural wall only 250mm wide and capable of producing 0.11 walls only 350mm thick including finishes.
ICF Tech offers a complete supply and fit service or we can train your operatives to use our system safely.
Business Aims
Through its thermal and air infiltration performance, ICF Tech’s Insulating Concrete Form can significantly reduce the on-going operational CO2 emissions of buildings, which are responsible for some 50% of the UK’s total CO2 emissions. To provide a viable alternative to traditional forms of construction more cost effectively.
